Restaurant Lotte had recently moved to their new location on Clark Street with
2 dining rooms on separate floors. We had a chance to try out some of their house
specialties; here are our suggestions:
Satay Beef in hot
pot - spicy sauce with very tender beef $ 18.95
Straw mushrooms with scallops and shrimps - seafood lovers is a must $ 55
Chinese dried scallops
in Fatchoy sauce - $ 90 (for 10 persons)
Cold Vancouver
King Crab - perfect dish to start with your supper
Shark Fin Soup
- $ 48 (per person) - thick shark fins in chicken broth.
This restaurant
also has many banquet bookings. If you are planning a wedding or party in the
future, Restaurant Lotte is your choice, but make sure to book your reservation
earlier.
